This Privacy Policy applies to apps, games, websites, and related services published by Simon Skinner unless a specific product has its own separate policy.
Summary
Many of my apps are designed to work without collecting personal data. Where an app does not ask you to create an account, does not include analytics, and does not connect to a server operated by me, I do not receive personal information from your use of that app.
Information an app may collect
Depending on the app, information may be stored locally on your device. This can include settings, progress, scores, preferences, or other data needed for the app to work. Local data stays on your device unless the app clearly offers a feature that sends it elsewhere.
Some apps may use Apple platform services such as Game Center, iCloud, TestFlight, crash reporting, or App Store purchases. Those services are provided by Apple and are governed by Apple's own privacy policies and account settings.
Analytics and diagnostics
I do not add third-party advertising trackers to my apps by default. If an app uses analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, or similar tooling, the App Store privacy information for that app will describe the relevant data use.
Children's privacy
My apps are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of my apps, contact me and I will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Data sharing
I do not sell personal data. I may share information only where needed to operate a service, comply with the law, protect rights and security, or use platform services requested by the user.
Data retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app. If a future app stores account or server-side data, that app will explain how that data can be accessed or deleted.
Changes to this policy
I may update this Privacy Policy when apps change, new services are added, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
